Experiencia

Doctor in Law and Social Sciences, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of the Republic.

His practice focuses on negotiating pre-litigation disputes and complex litigation, with experience in Family, Civil, and Commercial Law.

He has participated in various international congresses on Civil and Procedural Law, highlighting his participation in the XV International Congress of Private Law, the XL Colombian Congress of Procedural Law, the XIII International Congress of the University of Medellín, and the V International Innovation Conference of the University of Valencia.

He has published numerous articles of interest in various legal journals, addressing civil, procedural, and evidentiary topics, with contributions in the Uruguayan Journal of Procedural Law, the Judicature Journal, among others.

He is an associate member of the Uruguayan Forum of Probative Law, a member of the Uruguayan Association of Procedural Law Eduardo J. Couture, and is part of the Young Proceduralists Commission of the Uruguayan Institute of Procedural Law of the University of the Republic.
