The Uruguayan-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a Business Club on "Development of New Infrastructures in Uruguay" on 04.05.11 at the German Embassy. The speakers were Engineer Beatríz Tabacco (MTOP) on "Investment Opportunities in Infrastructure in Uruguay", Dr. Miguel Castellán on "Legal Framework and Public-Private Partnerships", and Cr. Gustavo Weigel on "Financing Alternatives for Investment Projects in Uruguay".
