PPP - Rover Alcisa S.A. and Construcciones Rubau S.A. submitted their bid to carry out the works of Corredor Vial 2

The Ministry of Transport and Public Works (MTOP) received four bids to carry out the works of Corredor Vial 2 —which includes the repair of route 9 from Rocha to Chuy and route 15 to the town of Velázquez— under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) modality.

One of the interested parties were the companies Rover Alcisa S.A. together with Construcciones Rubau S.A., who with our professional assistance were able to submit their bid on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at the National Directorate of Roads. Now the bids will enter a technical evaluation process that will culminate in the pre-award of the work to the project most favorable to state interests, to then negotiate the contract conditions.
