Lecture on the atypical use of commercial companies for asset protection

On November 16, 17, and 18, 2011, at the Stock Exchange Auditorium, the Academic Week organized by the Commercial Law Institute of the Faculty of Law - University of the Republic took place. The theme was: "Three Pillars of Modern Commercial Law: Companies - Contracts - Bankruptcies". As part of the event, Dr. Santiago Castellán presented his lecture on "Disregard of Legal Personality in the Atypical Use of Corporate Instruments for the Exclusive Safeguarding of Assets".
