The first dredger will be built in Uruguay by IHC

The government would award IHC, a Dutch company, the construction of a huge dredger at a cost of around US$ 61 million.

The first dredger will be built in Uruguay by IHC

The Advisory Commission for Adjudications of the National Ports Administration (ANP) has determined that IHC's proposal is the only one that meets the necessary experience requirements. This decision confirms that IHC is the ideal option to carry out the construction of the first dredger in Uruguay. This project, which will be a milestone in the industry, will generate between 150 and 200 jobs over a period of two years.
